The polyfloral bee pollen fresh frozen from AlBeeNa is an organic bee product from the apiaries in the hills of Transylvania. Freshly harvested and frozen in order to keep its benefits, AlBeeNa’s polyfloral pollen is a raw super-food, different to other pollen products with nutrients, a creamy texture and a sweet, floral taste.
We do not refine or pollute AlBeeNa pollen in any way.

What ingredients does it contain?
100% fresh frozen pollen, pure, in 170g package.
After harvesting, moisture levels of the pollen are kept low to keep the product fresh and keep the nutrients.

Carbohydrates – 55%
Water – 20-30g / 100g
Protein – 25%
Fatty acids – 5%
Lecithin – 15%
Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, D, E, H, K, acid, folic acid, pantothenic acid, PP

How is it administered?
Daily internal use. The recommended dose is 10g (one teaspoonful) / day, in the morning, before meals. To prevent disease and to strengthen health, a dose of 10-20g / day is recommended for three months, twice a year. For specific apitherapy, the adult pollen dose for adults may increase to 20-50g, three times a day, 1-2 hours before meals.

Not recommended for people with severe allergies or hypersensitivity to bee products.
Keep the pollen in the freezer, between -5 and -15 degrees Celsius.
